Kaka Pawar cross examines Balarao and calls his servants as witnesses. Charu Sir brings Bunty home and Sunanda is stunned to see Bunty in an injured state. Charu Sir reveals the entire truth to Sunanda about Bunty's kidnapping. Brigadier Ghosh comes to meet Bunty and praises him for his bravery. Brigadier Ghosh asks Bunty to go for a military training for self defense. Kaka Pawar traps Balarao through his witty cross-examination. Balarao gets shocked as Kaka Pawar calls Bajirao as his next witness. Bajirao reveals that he was the eye witness of the entire incident and he had even beaten up Balarao for his misdemeanor. Bunty comes to court to meet Akshata. Akshata is elated and tells Bunty that Kaka Pawar has turned the case in her favor. Someone tries to kill Bajirao.
